Neal MS OD/SHR who has more than 30 years of experience in understanding organizations goals and objectives and providing solutions that assist in accomplishing them. Holding a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from The College of Santa Fe and a Master Degree in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University, The Carey Business School, and drawing upon his real-world experience running a Management Consultancy, Kevin has a keen ability to quickly understand the current business situations of clients, learn their organizational goals and objectives and present total business solutions that have immediate application and provide long-term results.
Captain Fitchpatrick, a Los Angeles World Airports Police (Retired), is a results-oriented, visionary leader with a proven thirty-two (32) year track record of innovation and collaboration through a team approach to instill superior interpersonal and managerial skills that motivate employees and others in diverse environments. LaPonda brings a unique perspective to training and consulting in that she is an expert at developing personnel policies and procedures, training curriculum, exercises, best practices, and conducting evidence-based research and analysis to address the ever-changing regulations and laws that govern a diverse populace within the global aviation system and the law enforcement profession. As the Commanding Officer of the Professional Standards Section within the Los Angeles Airport Police, an agency with over 1100 sworn and civilian employees responsible for the safety and security at Los Angeles International, Ontario International, and Van Nuys Regional airports, her responsibilities included Internal Affairs, entry-level hiring and background checks, all training, and EEO compliance and liaison.
Jade Neal is a young but ambitious digital native with a flair for getting the message across. She is a Vocal Performance student at the highly ranked College of New Jersey and plans to minor in Public Policy Analysis and Management with a specialty of Communications and Policy. She has interned for the nonprofit CameroonOne and has assisted NPC throughout her life. We are excited to officially add her to the team as our Communications Manager!
